History: (Heckler #1, 2, 4)-Boss Glitter worked his way through the Delta City underworld until he became absolute crimelord of the city. Boss Glitter enjoys spending his blood money on the finer things in life, like penthouse apartments and hot tubs and very expensive clothes. He assembled a loyal group of superhuman gangsters, and received no opposition for a long time. After the Heckler appeared and started chipping away at his control over the city, Boss Glitter sent a number of his henchmen after him. Boss Glitter became increasingly frustrated as his men were defeated and sent to jail, but the final outcome in his conflict with Heckler is unknown.
