Powers: Like all demons Brother Walker was immortal and possessed magical abilities. Walker and his partner Worm were lamprey-like creatures that could drain memories, and traveled using a humanoid body with a gigantic maw in the chest that they nestled in.

History:  (Swamp Thing IV #10, 11) - Brother Walker and Worm were demonic bounty hunters who tracked down souls that had escaped Hell. Arcane and his lover Josephine escaped Hell to torment his archenemy Swamp Thing, and Walker and Worm followed their path to Earth, with Walker commenting that the newly fledged demons of the upper levels of Hell were quite a sight, and finding a silver lining in the fact that his work with Worm let them sightsee. They arrived on Earth to see Swamp Thing, so Walker and Worm drained his memories concerning Arcane, but Worm deemed them useless melodramatic wallowing. Worm sniffed out Sallie, who'd inadvertently summoned Arcane using a tuber Swamp Thing had once given her, and found that the crack in Hell she'd unleashed followed her around, disgorging it's filth through the swamps of Louisiana. Seeing this as none of their own concern and used the tuber to track Arcane and Josephine to a church. Unfortunately for them Arcane's time in Heaven allowed him to manipulate the holy power of the church, letting him to shrink Walker to the size of a bug. Swamp Thing arrived, and Arcane used his power to possess Swamp Thing's body, forcing his mind and soul into Josephine. He apologized for betraying her, but said that if he simply expulsed Swamp Thing's soul he would have simply grown another body from the Green. Arcane bartered with Walker, convincing him to take Josephine to Hell, and Swamp Thing with her, in exchange for unshrinking him. As Josephine / Swamp Thing was dragged to Hell Sallie sacrificed herself, being swallowed by Josephine, and allowing Swamp Thing to grow a new body from the tuber she still had on her. Swamp Thing formed his new body, and grew tendrils to thrust Arcane into the pit after Josephine. In Hell Josephine and Arcane were fused into one body and placed in a spike cage. Their punishment was being unable to escape each other, and their tormentors informed them they sensed the presence of an unborn child they had created.
