Powers: Bumper Carla possessed superhuman strength and rode a bumper car of incredible durability that could shoot lightning.

History: (Dial H #0) - Bumper Carla was the greatest champion of a fairground dimension, but one day she lost ehr powers and many died. She was obsessed with finding out what depowered her, and learned of an H-Dial on Prime Earth used by the ancient Mesopotamian hero Laodice to defend her realm as Bumper Carla. Her ally Slim thought she'd gone mad, especially when she pierced the dimensional barrier to go after Laodice. Slim followed, but was jailed by Laodice, who feared the strange costumed man was an assassin. Bumper Carla, her powers restored, killed Laodice, and freed Slim. Slim said she'd be punished for committing murder by being placed in the still zone, and she said she had no regrets. Slim apologized to Laodice's followers, and they returned to their home dimension.
