History: (Marshal Law (Epic) #1) - Captain Curfew and his sidekick Whizz Kid were vigilantes operating out of San Futuro, and when Whizz left him he snapped. Hero hunter Marshal Law arrested him for public indecency when he flew around the city exposing himself. Curfew claimed he was innocent and that he just had to go to the bathroom.
