Powers: Catcher was a master tracker and detective, and armed with firearms, explosives and poison gas.

History:  (Wild Dog Special #1) - The Catcher was a procurement specialist, locating and capturing individuals for organized crime families. He was great at his job, and charged hefty fees, but refused to kill, seeing murder as too messy and complicated. Wild Dog's mafia massacre made Don Lupo the new capo, but he couldn't allow the attack to go unpunished, so he hired the Catcher to get Wild Dog. The Catcher seduced reporter Susan King, pretending to be a NY newsman interested in her work, and using her notes, figured out that Jack Wheeler was Wild Dog. He kidnapped Jack's friend Andy Flint, drawing out Wild Dog, and knocked him out with gas before delivering them both to Lupo's men in a cage. Wild Dog escaped and killed the gangsters. Don Lupo was displeased, but the Catcher blamed the incompetence of Lupo's men, and said he'd gladly capture Wild Dog again for another paycheck.
