Powers: Cauldron’ powers relied on his spellbook, and they would vanish if it was destroyed. He could create voodoo dolls, fly using a broomstick and had glove dubbed Talon Tips that could cut through virtually anything.

History: (Plastic Man #9) - As a practitioner of witchcraft Cauldron thought it was his calling to spread misery and harm. Cauldron approached wealthy J. K. Dartmoor and tried to get him to invest in Peppermint Preferred o stock would go up and small investors would be ruined. Dartmoor wasn’t iuntereted o to exact his revenge Cauldron made a voodoo doll and was slowly killing Dartmoor. Plastic Man got wise to Cauldron, and after saving the doll from being destroyed he fought the warlock. When he tried to flee on his broomstick Plas burned his spellbook, removing Cauldron’s powers and causing him to fall to his death.

In the pre-Crisis DC Universe Cauldron lived on Earth-2. Cauldron, like most characters from the golden age Plastic Man stories, may or may not be a part of post-Crisis DC continuity.

Cauldron was originally a Quality Comics character, which DC obtained the rights to in 1956.
