Powers: Chiller could alter his appearance to resemble virtually anyone. Chiller employed guns that sprayed acid, and he occasionally used a teleportation device.History: (Booster Gold #8)-Nothing is known about the super-powered mercenary named Chiller. He is a high-paid killer and disguise expert wanted by police agencies around the world. Chiller was hired by the 1000 to assassinate President Ronald Reagan and Vice-President George Bush. The plan was foiled by Booster Gold with help from members of the Legion of Super-Heroes, but Chiller escaped.
(Resurrection Man #6) - The Lab was offering a hefty fee to have Resurrection Man returned to them, and after the Body Doubles captured Resurrection Man, Chiller and his partner Bolt started trailing the Doubles to claim the bounty for their own. Bolt and Chiller followed them to a mob safe house, but as they entered the Doubles set a bomb and fled. Chiller and Bolt were caught in the ensuing explosion.
(Outsiders III #6) - The Slab, Chiller and his fellow inmates were offered transport to freedom as long as they helped Brother Blood fend off attacks while he used the Slab's GPS system to activate his cultist sleeper agents. The alternative was death if the prisoners failed to protect him. Chiller and the other prisoners couldn't stop the Outsiders from foiling Blood's plans, but in the chaos Psimon led Chiller and the others on a jailbreak, and after reaching Blood's transports they escaped scott free.
