History: <30th Century> Chuck served as mechanic to the Legion of Super-Heroes.

(Legion #3) - Chuck Taine and the Legionnaires that remained on Earth knew the U.P. had been corrupted, so Brande constructed Legion World, a planet hq for the Legion. When the lost Legion returned to Earth after a year's absence Chuck flew them to Legion World and they reunited with the rest of the team on Legion World.

Due to the events of Teen Titans / Legion Special #1 Chuck's existence was erased from history.
