Powers: Cinderblock possessed a concrete body that gave him superhuman strength and durability. He could regenerate extensive damage to his body over time, and possessed only a rudimentary intelligence.

History: (Titans II #17) - Cinderblock was on a mission in downtown San Francisco, when the Teen Titans attacked him, assuming his motivation to be world conquest. The recent loss of their teammate Red Devil made the Teen Titans unsure of themselves, and Cinderblock kept his own against the. Titan Beast Boy was in San Francisco, and helped the younger heroes step up their game and defeat Cinderblock, ramming a steel pipe through his chest and causing his body to crumble. His head boasted that the fight wasn’t over, and his body would reform, so Teen Titan Bombshell kicked his head into the San Francisco bay.
