CLOCKWATCHERS

First Appearance: Chase #4 (May, 1998)

History: (Chase #4) - Clock King recruited four youthful metahumans for his villain team the Clockwatchers. They team couldn't agree on what type of crimes to commit, and all of them hated the name Clockwatchers except Clock King, but they deferred to the wisdom of their leader. The Clockwatchers interrupted a Teen Titans public appearance at L.L. Siegel & Schuster toy store and challenged the heroes to a fight. Clock King was disappointed to learn that his protégés had no idea how to effectively use their powers, and his team was easily bested by the Titians. All of the Clockwatchers were taken into D.E.O. custody, except for the Clock King, who escaped.
