Heatsnap chose a gun that shot bursts of heat or cold, but the shop wa sbusted up by Batman and Aztek. Altruistic Aztek decided to raise the money to help Heatsnap's condition.

(Adventures of Superman #624) - B-Tech caused a time storm in Metropolis, threatening to wipe it from the continuum, and Coldsnap and the Masters of Disaster used the chaos as an opportunity to escape from prison. They steamrolled over the Metropolis S.C.U., but were stopped by Majestic, a hero from the Wildstorm Universe.
