History: (Arkham Asylum: Living Hell #6) - Ages ago Cthuga banished the torture lords the Skarva for showing compassion for their victims in Hell. In the present day the Skarva were woken from their tomb under Arkham Asylum by Doodlebug, and they sacrificed him to open a gate to Hell at Arkham, summoning Cthugs to allow them to return. They couldn't speak in rhyme, fashionable for demon lords like Cthuga, because their old enemy Etrigan had ruined their tongues. They were forced to broker their deal with Great White Shark and Humpty Dumpty, two Arkham inmates. Cthuga allowed them back into Hell, and Shark was pleased at having pulled a dffast one, Cthuga agreed they could be torture lords again, but they could only torture each other.
