He could dominate the minds of others and possessed superhuman degrees of strength and endurance. These powers were significantly greater in his monstrous form.

History:  The Dark Destroyer was the last surviving member of an alien race who encountered the Atari Force and started pursuing them across time and space. After an intense battle the Atari Force blew up Dark Destroyer. A tinyy fraction of his life essence remained and after stealing a sample of Martin Champion's DNA he formed a new human body for himself. He created an anti-matter bomb and attempted to blow up the universe, but was defeated by the Atari Force and died after being caught in the anti-matter bomb's blast.

Comments: Created by Gerry Conway, Roy Thomas and Ross Andru.

Dark Destroyer received a profile in Who’s Who: The Definitive Directory of the DC Universe #6.

The Atari Force series was never part of mainstream DC continuity, so for simplicity's sake I list characters from Atari Force as hypertimeline characters. They could just as easily be residents of a parallel Earth that was erased in the Crisis, or an alternate timeline erased during Zero Hour.
