Powers: Dart was an expert in engineering and electronics and skilled in virtually every form of unarmed combat. She possessed precognition, able to see possible future events.

History: Li-San O'Rourke and Mohandae Singh's starcraft Scanner One was bombarded by radiation during their trips across the universe, and their daughter Erin was born a mutant. Erin, nicknamed Dart, attacked a group of youths that taunted her about her illegitimacy, and to avoid prosecution she joined a mercenary group, seeing action in 78 different wars. She became a masterful warrior and the lover of Blackjak, whom she formed her own mercenary group with. When the Dark Destroyer threatened the universe Dart joined the Atari Force to stop him.

The Atari Force series was never part of mainstream DC continuity, so for simplicity's sake I list characters from Atari Force as hypertimeline characters. They could just as easily be residents of a parallel Earth that was erased in the Crisis, or an alternate timeline erased during Zero Hour.
