Powers: Dingo possessed enhanced senses, strength and agility, and was a skilled thief.

History: Dingo was a canine given humanoid form and intelligence by IO. He was kidnapped by the IRA, but after escaping their clutches he joined the Kindred, a group of humanoid animals.

(The Authority I #13) - The Authority became worldwide celebrities, and Dingo was invited to one of their after-hours parties aboard the Carrier.

(The Authority I #20) - Dingo got invited to another Authority party, and Swift invited him to have a private party with her and Grunge.
