History: 

(Batman I #706) - Batman (Dick Grayson) wanted to question the Reaper, who had information about his quarry Sensei. Dr. Sinner initially refused, fearing Batman's interrogation would have a negative effect on him. He convinced her that Reaper would enjoy helping catch a murderer, and Sinner relented, but said she resented how Batman made her feel like she was always playing the villain.

(Titans II #30) - Deathstroke's Titans caused a breakout at Arkham to free his client's daughter Allegra Garcia. Alyce Sinner wanted the problem taken care of internally, and refused to call the national guard. Batman arrived on the scene, but failed to get the inmates back to their cells. Alyce activated the restraint collars on the inmates, but Allegra used her electromagnetic powers to short them out. The Titans and Allegra walked out of the asylum, telling Batman and Alyce the inmates were his problem.
