History:

(Challengers of the Unknown I #10) - Floogle's archaeologist friend called him into the field to decipher the writing of a lost civilization. Floogle found warnings of danger, and they were prepared to flee the site until Floogle read more signs and realized they were all about traffic safety.

(Challengers of the Unknown I #13) - Floogle couldn't remember which vial of chemicals went into his experiment jar. A mistake would waste two years of research, so after a long period of thought he just flipped a coin.

(Challengers of the Unknown I #15) - Dr. Floogle invented a talking robot, and when it refused to listen to him he tried to spank it, and ended up injuring his hand.

(Challengers of the Unknown I #26) - Dr. Floogle and his assistant thought they'd discovered a new planet in their rocketship. They planted their flag, deflating the "planet," which turned out to be a large weather balloon.

(Metamorpho I #11) - Floogle invented an invisibility potion, and when Mrs. Benson brought over her dog it drank the potion and disappeared from its' master.
