Powers: Durlans could analyze objects or people with radiation produced by their antennae and transform into a duplicate of that object or person. There were limits on the transformation, Durlans could not become intangible, invisible, or gain high-level superpowers.

History: The Durlans were a shapeshifting race known for treachery and duplicity.

(R.E.B.E.L.S. #6) - Starro The Conqueror usurped L.E.G.I.O.N. and conquered the Dominator homeworld. The Durlan Shadow Council and other extraterrestrial civilizations prepared for war with Starro. The Durlans sent Captain Ciji to find Vril Dox to help him regain control of L.E.G.I.O.N. to maintain order.
