Powers: Electra was a robot with superhuman durability and had the ability to generate large amounts of electricity. He was a genius inventor.

History: (Plastic Man #10) - Inventor and racketeer Wheels built Electra as a companion, but she showed a strong hatred toward humanity and when he bored her she killed him. She took control of Wheels’ shop of invention, intending to use them to wipe out humanity, but Plas confronted her, and he destroyed her lab in an attempt to kill him. She had to rebuild her arsenal, and Plas took the opportunity to confront her again. She threw a bomb at him, but it bounced back, exploded and destroyed her.

In the pre-Crisis DC Universe Electra lived on Earth-2. Electra, like most characters from the golden age Plastic Man stories, may or may not be a part of post-Crisis DC continuity.

Electra was originally a Quality Comics character, which DC obtained the rights to in 1956.
