Powers: Epsilon possessed superhuman strength and durability, flight, and could project concussive blasts from his hands. He was resistant to magic-based attacks.

History: Epsilon was a ward of the D.E.O. until the age of 18. His psychotic nature made him criminal, an an unknown person hired him and his girlfriend Theta to infiltrate and destroy the Titans. To that end Epsilon would have to pretend to be a hero.

(Titans #21) - Epsilon suited up and prepared to start his superhero career.

(Titans #23) - Epsilon made a name for himself as an up-and-coming new hero in New York, furthering his plan to get himself on the Titans. Epsilon and Troia saved mayoral candidate James Hall from an assassination attempt by Shockwave, and Epsilon was the only person who recognized Troia. Everyone else had forgotten her existence because of Dark Angel's manipulations. Troia wanted to know why Epsilon was unaffected, but he blew her off because he knew she couldn't get him into the Titans if the other members didn't know who she was.

Kevin Tanaka possessed Epsilon so he would free Kevin's friends from the D.E.O. orphanage. Kevin and Epsilon were constantly fighting for control.
