Powers: Evolvo Lad could project himself forwards or backwards on the evolutionary scale.

History: Evolvo Lad was born a mutant due to his parents exposure to an atomic detonation. He and four other mutants born under similar circumstances were adopted by Lallorian medical authorities and trained in using their powers. These Heroes of Lallor were exiled from the planet when Prime Minister Vorr decided they were a potential threat to his rule. The Jungle King offered them sanctuary on Earth, but then duped them into fighting the Legion of Super-Heroes. The Heroes of Lallor and the Legion soon realized Jungle King was their true enemy and defeated him. The Heroes were invited to return to Lallor.

Due to the events of Zero Hour Evolvo Lad's existence was erased from DC continuity.
