Powers: The Face was a master of disguise.

History: 

(Sandman Mystery Theatre #31, 32) - VP of Bannermain Chemicals the Hood contracted the Face to kill Dot Bannermain at Alexander Bannermain's New Year's Eve Ball, wanting the company to prosper from her life insurance policy. The Face was instructed to behead her, and liked the flair, but was confronted by Sandman and the Hourman. He was still furious at Sandman for their last encounter, but when the heroes fought him they knocked him cold. While their attention was distracted the Face managed to slip away.
