Powers: Time’s time-scythe transformed people and objects to the state they were in the past, de-aging humans and turning antiques into original pristine states, or turning cars into assembly line parts or paper into wood. Time ha control over how many years he de-aged a person or object.

History: (Sensation Comics I #74) - Time spent a lifetime eveloping his time-scythe, and used it to commit crimes. He used his time-scythe to transform antiques into their original pristine state, and convinced the police that the antique sellers were grifters, and then snatched the antiques. Wildcat exposed Time’s scheme and defeated him.

Father Time sure looks a lot like the Father Time from Battle for Bludhaven and Uncle Sam and the Freedom Fighters. It wouldn't have been hard for him to keep himself young over the years using the time-scythe....hmmmmmmm.
