PowersFixit was a skilled inventor and technician with an inventory of various weapons and battlesuits, and had numerous underworld connections.

History(Aztek: The Ultimate Man #3) - Fixit set himself up in Vanity City as a technician catering to the needs of the modern supervillain. His client Death-Doll, wanted the superhero Aztek dead, because she blamed him for her estranged husband's death. He hired a group of underlings to pretend to mug him in an alley, and when Aztek intervened they sprayed him with mustard gas containing barium, which would make Aztek traceable for 24 hours. Dixit didn't know what to make of Aztek, who seemed like the only altruistic man in Vanity. Back in his shop Fixit met with Death-Doll, and equipped her for her upcoming fight with Aztek.

(Aztek: The Ultimate Man #6, 7) - Joker came to Vanity City for his annual vacation from Gotham. He met with Fixit, the supervillain supplier, who constructed robot crickets for him that produced insanity-inducing chirps. Fixit thought Joker's bombastic personality was very difficult to be around. Aztek and Batman busted up Fixit's shop. They bound him as well as supervillain Heatsnap, who was shopping at the time. Fixit said Joker's venom would mutate in an hour, and claimed he had no idea what Joker was planning. He also claimed he didn't realize the Joker would cause such carnage with his inventions, but this was an obvious lie.
