History: 

(JSA #39) - After a long period of plotting and scheming Force was ready to take his revenge on Power Girl. He confronted her during a press conference in Central Park, but was attacked by Da  Bomb, a supervillain madly in love with Power Girl. Force s dream of vengeance crumbled after being beaten to a pulp by Da Bomb.
