History: (Supergirl / Prysm Double-Shot #1 (fb)) - Tamara Gorman was abducted by the H'San Natall, impregnated, and had her memory erased. The Natall were creating an army of half-breed warriors to act as sleeper agents on Earth. Tamara's son was born, and her husband Mickey was horrified by the baby's monstrous appearance. He convinced her the baby was a demon, and they tossed him into Leesburg Creek. The baby survived, and stayed near the creek for years, becoming a local legend when people got brief glimpses of him.
The monstrous boy was abducted by Pylon and the Veil, but rescued by the Teen Titans. Prysm liked the boy, and named him Fringe.
(Supergirl / Prysm Double-Shot #1) - Fringe was lurking around the Gorman's house when he was ambushed by Jugular and his troops. Fring was defeated, and Jugular told him he was going to return him to the H'San Natall to make him into the most terrifying force in the universe, as he was intended to be. Prysm got a mental distress signal from Fringe, so she and Supergirl investigated. Jugular was trying to kill the Gormans, who'd observed his kidnapping Fringe. The heroes battled Jugular, and Fringe summoned his ghostly protector, who attacked Jugular and threw him into a creek. Tamara Gorman recognized Fringe as the son she'd abandoned years ago, and took him in, although Mickey Gordon still saw Fringe as a child of the devil.
(Green Lantern IV #12) - Fringe was present for a gathering of bounty hunters, intergalactic and Earthbound that took place six hundred feet under Thames.
