He could fly using boot jets and had sonar capacity.History: <WWII> G.I. Robot was a prototype robot soldier, tested in combat by marine Sgt. Coker. He developed a friendship with the Robot after it saved his life on a number of occasions. G.I. Robot was destroyed protecting an American fleet from an enemy attack.
