Powers: Godiva could control the minds of those around her, and her power manifested itself by a sparkling of the air around her. She was a trained hand-to-hand combatant. Godiva was mentally unstable, often reacting to situations as a child would. She was a narcissist who couldn't tear herself away from looking in the mirror, and obsessively had cameramen film her.

History: Goiva claimed to be the child of a Chinese prince and an African princess. She became a mercenary with a huge loyal army in the Swiss Alps, taking any job if the price was right. She kidnapped the parents of Danny Chase to learn the location of a European defense satellite. The New Teen Titans oppose her, but she nonetheless accomplished her mission.

Dr. Cornelius hire Godiva to assassinate a British spy. The Titans tried to stop her, but she succeeded an escape the Titans.
