Powers: Gpaak was a master escape artist with a mutable liquid body. His liquid brain could rationally work through any situation. As a Green Lantern, Gpaak wielded a power ring capable of doing almost anything he could imagine as long as it was recharged by his emerald power battery once every 24 hours. Examples of its' powers include flight, phasing, creating giant objects formed of energy, and force fields.

History: (Green Lantern / Sinestro Corps: Secret Files #1) - Gpaak was a member of the Green Lantern Corps enslaved by the Draal. Guy Gardner freed him, and he vowed to never again be a prisoner, honing his liquid body and mind to perfection and learning to be an escape artist.

(Green Lantern IV #11) - Gpaak was inducted into the reformed GLC. He was in the Oa messhall when several GLC rookies confronted Hal Jordan about his misdeeds when he was Parallax, and his destruction of the previous Corps

(Green Lantern Corps II #14) - The Sinestro Corps took out a sector house in 2263, so Kilowog rallied Gpaak and the other Corps members on Oa, telling them they were going to take the fight to the Sinestro soldiers.

(Green Lantern IV #24) - Gpaak and the GLC arrived on Earth to fend off the Sinestro Corps invasion of the planet. Dozens of Sinestro Corps soldiers were slaughtered.
