Powers: Greet was an unparalleled cook. As a Green Lantern, Greet wielded a power ring capable of doing almost anything he could imagine as long as it was recharged by his emerald power battery once every 24 hours. Examples of its' powers include flight, phasing, creating giant objects formed of energy, and force fields.

History: (Green Lantern / Sinestro Corps: Secret Files #1) - When the Guardians of the Universe reformed the GLC they recruited Greet as a Lantern. Greet was an interstellar culinary celebrity, and was appointed to run the messhall for GLC rookies on Oa. His only Failure was recreating Earth food. Greet has made several petitions to move his family to Oa so he could spend more time with them. 

(Green Lantern IV #11) - Greet served Guy Gardner and Hal Jordan, and Guy gave him credit for attempting to recreate prime rib and roasted corn.
