Powers: The Griffi-Saur was a n aquatic giant that possessed superhuman strength. It had the head of a lion, the wings of a bird, and the body of a reptile.

History: (Sea Devils #32) - <2166> Griffi-Saurs were monsters that roamed the depths of Earth in the year 2166. The Sea Devils traveled to the future to help Earth overthrow their alien overlords, but their craft was attacked by a Griffi-Saur. Sea Devil Dane Dorrance blinded the beast with magnesium flares, giving him and his friends a chance to escape.
