Powers: Harpi could fly, project energy blasts, and had razor-sharp talons.

History: After Mento was driven insane battling the Shadow Creature he became convinced that it was his destiny to create an updated version of the Doom Patrol. He began abducting mortally wounded people worldwide and exposing them to Promethium, a self-regenerating energy source developed by Dayton Industries. The initial team consisted of Gorgon, Harpi, Pterodon and Behemoth, all mentally controlled by Mento.

(JSA #28 (fb, BTS)) - Harpi and other members of the Hybrid were forced by Roulette to fight in one of her gladiatorial events, and Harpi was killed in the contest. Her picture was added to the wall of Fallen Players of the House.
