History:  (Action Comics I #11) - Henrietta saw an expensive doll while window-shopping, and asked her father for $10. He yelled and asked her if she thought he just found money lying around on the street. She took him literaly and went looking for street money, so to pull a prank on her he glues a ten dollar bill to the sidewalk. He intended to remove it with hot water after she'd learned a lesson, but she got it up digging with a hammer and chisel.
