Powers: Horro was a giant that possessed superhuman strength and durability. He had four tentacle arms that could constrict opponents. Horro was aquatic, but used a helmet to breather on land.

History: (Sea Devils #22) - Horro was a king of sea monsters who terrorized coasts and scavenged treasures for himself. Man-Fish had been changed from human into an aquatic being, and heard rumor that Horro’s stolen coral jade could restore his humanity. Captain X, the man responsible for Man-Fish’s creation, knew the legend was unture, and that to awaken Horro would be to rain destruction upon humanity, so he tried to dissuade man-Fish, to no avail. The Sea Devils investigated the war between X and Man-Fish, and their leader Dane Dorrance sided with X, while the rest of them agreed to help Man-Fish steal the coral jade. Horro awoke, and quickly defeated Man-Fish before he began terrorizing the Indian coast. Captain X and Dane defeated Horro, injuring him and forcing him back into the sea.
