He possessed vast superhuman strength and durability.
History: (Power of Shazam II #1 (fb, BTS), 1) - Stanley was a petty criminal who never amounted to anything until he was granted the mystic powers of IBAC. He battled Captain Marvel on numerous occasions. Blaze, in her human guise, hired Ibac to blow up the new WayneTech facility in Fawcett City. He succeeded, and Captain Marvel cleaned up the disaster. Blaze was disappointed because an officer died in the blast, and she’d told him no one was supposed to die. Ibac didn’t care, and tried to hit on her, but she reminded him that he was taking liberties with his better. He gulped and quickly left after being paid.
(Power of Shazam II #3) - “Stinky” Printwhistle’s gang came up with a plan to kidnap spelling bee champ Mary Bromfield. Printwhistle hated the name “Stinky,” but the smell of brimstone always accompanied him from his transformations into IBAC. “Muscles” McGinnis balked at the plan, and Printwhistle had his men fit him for concrete shoes. Captain Marvel saved McGinnis, an undercover cop, and was prepared for the kidnap attempt. When the initial plan went awry, Printwhistle changed into IBAC to take Mary. Marvel confronted him, and IBAC was sick of being thrashed by the hero, and eagerly joined in combat. Despite his bravado, Marvel proved his superior strength, and forced IBAC to say his name, turning him back into human form before he was arrested.
