Powers: Ice projected extreme cold from her hands. Her favorite methods of attack were using icicles as projectile weapons or encasing an opponent in a block of ice.

History: (Tangent Comics: The Atom #1) - <three years ago> Ice was a member of the criminal superteam the Fatal Five. Under orders from their leader Shadow-Thief they killed Atom II.

(Tangent Comics: The Atom #1) - After years of evading the authorities the Fatal Five's headquarters was discovered by Atom III, son of Atom II. He defeated Ice and the rest of the Fatal Five, all of whom were brought into custody except Shadow-Thief, who teleported away.
