Powers: Ice Man is a brilliant strategist, adept at identifying his prey's weaknesses and turning them to his advantage. Ice Man possesses superhuman strength and speed, and he can transform into an intangible energy form.History: (L.E.G.I.O.N. ‘91 #32, 35, 38)-Little is known of Ice Man, save that he a a hitman with a reputation for being passionless and methodical. Ice Man doesn't kill for the love of money, but for the love of the hunt. However, he does gouge his emplotees for whatever amount he thinks they can pay. Ice Man was contacted by Max G'odd to kill Lobo and was paid one-tenth of G'odd's total assets. Ice Man slaughtered one of Lobo's beloved space-dolphins and lured him to a remote planetoid where he buried Lobo under one thousand tons of rocks. Lobo survived, and caught up to him in the Palace of Pleasure, a hedonistic recreation center where Ice Man was gambling for ownership of a planet. Ice Man was forced to flee, and Lobo is still looking for him.
(R.E.B.E.L.S. ‘95 #11-13)-Ice Man is hired to kill Stealth of the R.E.B.E.L.S. He is defeated after his energy-form is absorbed into the R.E.B.E.L. ship. After he has outlived his usefullness Vril Dox persuades the demon Neron to kill Ice Man.
