Powers: Ice Sickle was a street smart young man with a penchant for ice pops. He had a basic working knowledge of medicine and seamanship.

History: (Doctor Mid-Nite #1) - Ice Sickle was a first year med student when his college fund dried up during the recession. He became an associate of Dr. Pieter Cross, the "Midnight Doctor" who helped those who couldn't afford health care, like prostitutes and drug addicts, acting as a medical assistant. Sickle and Cross' other associate Nite-Lite attempted to stop the kidnapping of Prof. Atticus Searles, who was working with Cross to make oil more inert, thus reducing the hazards of oil spills. Cross and his friends had been targeted by the Terrible Trio, industrial leaders of Portsmouth that were creating an army of addicts who bought their A39 steroids. The Trio caused an accident that cost Cross his sight, but enabled him to see into infrared. He became the hero Dr, Mid-Nite.

(Doctor Mid-Nite #2, 3) - Ice Sickle thought the whole mysteryman gig was a tad silly, but still followed Mid-Nite loyally. Mid-Nite sent his associates to keep track of Largo Sham, one of Praeda's top men, and Sickle started shadowing him, following him to a secret hq in an abandoned Burger Boy. Mid-Nite broke into the Praeda company Chemitron, learning about the Trio's plans to decimate the east side. When the Trio tried to cause an oil spill Sickle and Lemon helped foil them, and Mid-Nite ended up bringing down the villains.
