Powers: Inertia could slow time around him, allowing him to move at superspeed, and he could steal speed and kinetic energy from others.

History: (Impulse #50) - Inertia watched a styroband file of Impulse and Batman defeating the Joker. He concluded that Impulse only succeeded because of Batman, and that when he challenged Impulse he just had to make sure the hero didn't have any help.

(Flash II #217) - Inertia and the Rogues held a funeral for Captain Boomerang in Avernus.
