History: (Justice League of America #111)-The enigmatic Libra organized the original roster of the Injustice Gang of the World: Chronos, Mirror Master I, Poison Ivy, Scarecrow, Shadow-Thief and Tattooed Man. They operated out of a satellite held in orbit around Earth, maintaining its' orbit on the opposite side of the planet from the satellite headquarters of their arch-enemies the Justice League of America. Libra proposed they stay together to exchange strategy and use strength in numbers to avoid capture. In truth Libra was using them to keep the JLA off his back while he used his cosmic scale to drain the energy of the Milky Way Galaxy, and make himself omnipotent. Unfortunately for Libra, while he did gain great power, it only lasted a few moments before his body disintegrated and his mind became one with the cosmos. The other members were displeased at having been manipulated, so they abandoned the satellite and parted ways.
(JLA 80-Page Giant #2)-Poison Ivy began her own Injustice Gang using Captain Boomerang, Floronic Man, I.Q, Ocean Master and Shark. They were quickly defeated by the JLA.
(Justice League of America #143)-The original roster (minus Libra) returned to action, but were put in jail by the JLA.
(Justice League of America #158)-Abra Kadabra was accepted as team leader, but they were once again foiled by the JLA. This time the team permanently split up.
