History: (Judge Dredd #12) - Marceau was a judge of Mega-City One, authorized to act as a judge, jury, and if need be executioner of perps. He served in the deep-cover Wally Squad, disguised as mimes to tracked underworld activities. Marceau tracked dealers of Stookie Gland, a drug that temporarily brought the aged youth, but drove them insane, to a retirement home where they were making a dropoff. He called the Wally Squad on the judge emergency channel, but Judge Dredd, who'd been in suspended animation for over 50 years, respoinded, blowing the arrest. The Wally Squad kept Marceau from being killed, but the drug dealers escaped. Marceau scolded Dredd for responding to a Wally code, and Dredd couldn't believe judges had been reduced to dressing like mimes.
