Powers: Kann was an enormous maw surrounded by tentacles, each of which ended in a mouth filled with sharp teeth.

History: (Claw The Unconquered #1) - Kann was worshipped in Pytharia, but his own devotees, the Kannites, came to fear him and banished him to the netherworld. Claw the Unconquered served the gods of light, and his appearance in Ichar threatened King Occulas, who served the Shadow-Gods. Occulas’ servant gave his guardsman Zedon a gemstone named the Eye of Kann, and told him to dispose of Claw. Zedon had a servant girl lure Claw into the Temple of Kann, promising him a safe place to hide out. Zedon appeared and used the Eye to summon the dark god Kann, but to appear on the material plane Kann had to drain Zedon’s lifeforce. Claw took a support rod from the temple and jammed it down Kann’s giant maw, killing the god. Claw realized Occulas wanted him dead and fled into the wilderness.
