History: (Blackhawk vol. 1 #269, 270)-General Haifisch was a German general during WWII. He was subjected to biological experiments that gave him superhuman strength, and had special training personally supervised by Adolf Hitler. Hitler thought of him as a model soldier, and Haifisch was given the code-name Killer Shark. Shark was given the mission of capturing a town on the French-Belgium border, but met resistance from the Blackhawks. He captured them all except for Blackhawk and locked them in cells inside his submarine. Blackhawk himself confronted Killer Shark, and they battled on top of the submarine as it surfaced. Shark was knocked into the water, and would not be seen again for several decades.

(Hawkworld vol. 2 #11)-Killer Shark planted a bomb aboard the Blackhawk Express. Hawkman II defused the bomb and defeated Killer Shark.
