Powers: When King Grayskull wielded the Power Sword and called on the power of Castle Grayskull he gained vast superhuman strength and durability. The Power Sword was virtually indestructible and could absorb or shoot beams of energy.

History: (Masters of the Universe: Origin of He-Man #1 (fb)) - King Grayskull forged the Power Sword, which called on the power of Castle Grayskull, in order to repel Hordak's invasion of Eternia. Grayskull prophesized that one day two of his descendants would clash over the fate of Eternia, with one of them reclaiming the Power Sword. The Sorceress kept watch over Castle Grayskull for ages waiting for Grayskull's descendant to appear so she could instruct him in how to use the Power Sword and fulfill his fate.
