History: (Starfire II #9, 10) - King Neala-Tok was a tyrannical ruler in Strata, and craved war and destruction. He never forgave his former fiancée Atlee for jilting him, and he brought his army to invade her home again and again. Atlee was on vacation in Strata with her friends Starfire and Sheriff Gomez when Neala-Tok made his latest invasion, but this time he had his troops massacre every citizen in their way. Atlee said he'd gone too far, and as Strata's protector she was enacted to carry out a death sentence on him. They clashed, and the king unleashed his second wave of attackers, Chida Monsters. Starfire absorbed ambient light, and Strata overloaded her, but her body adjusted as Atlee and Gomez fought their losing battle against Neala-Tok. The recovered Starfire confronted the kind, telling him he'd be ruler of an empty kingdom if he continued his genocidal rampage, and he never thought past his own malevolence. She unleashed her full power, disintegrating Neala-Tok and his army.
