Powers: Kee possessed superhuman strength and durability, and was armed with a blaster that could create energy nets. Kee traveled in a starship capable of firing energy bolts, and armed with hi-tech firearms

History: (Starfire II #4-6) - Blackfire hired Kragg Gorn Kee, and to make an impression he killed her Citadel guard before meeting with her. Blackfire wanted him to locate Starfire, and report back to her, but not harm her sister. The assassin took the job, and said if she changed her mind he had no trouble killing Starfire. On his flight to Earth he was ambushed by Citadel spaceships. They had their own agenda, and wanted Starfire dead. To coerce him they had his wife and child held hostage. In a fury he destroyed one of their ships, but agreed to play along. Kragg landed on Earth's moon, and after confirming Starfire's presence and locating her in Key West he went to Earth, rampaging and demanding Starfire fight him. Starfire defeated him, and didn't want the Citadel coming after her again, so after putting him in his starcraft's sleep tank she set it on auto-pilot to fly to another galaxy far from Tamaran.
