Powers: Laganna was a telepath and possessed a talisman that let her raise the dead and command them to do her bidding.

History: (Swamp Thing I #16) - Laganna served as high priestess of the Sepp people of Kala Pago, but when Kala Pago underwent a revolution the new government feared her people and their magical powers. They carried out genocide, and Laganna was the sole survivor, and promised to overthrow the new government. She enlisted soldier of fortune Adam Rook to her cause, and used her talisman to raise the dead of the Sepp to attack the government. Swamp Thing washed up on the shores of Kala Pago, and she tried to recruit him to her cause, but he had no heart for a revolution. Despite his reluctance he was drawn into a conflict between Laganna and government soldiers. She’d used her talisman to nce again raise the murdered Sepp, who tore the soldiers to pieces. Swamp Thing couldn’t bear the atrocity, and destroyed the talisman, causing Laganna’s undead army to turn to dust. The soldiers gunned down Rook, and Laganna realized how awful her plans for revenge were. She surrendered to the soldiers, and as Swamp Thing left the scene he heard gunshots.
