Powers: Lin Canar was a skilled oceanographer. As a Green Lantern, Canar wielded a power ring capable of doing almost anything he could imagine as long as it was recharged by his emerald power battery once every 24 hours. Examples of its' powers include flight, phasing, creating giant objects formed of energy, and force fields.

History: Lin Canar was a famed Fluvian oceanographer inducted into the GLC. During an experiment concerning underwater energy expulsion he accidentally unleased adisease that spread through his planet's water. he quarentined his planet while he searched for a cure.
