Powers: Mallo could manipulate reality in order to keep the cosmos balanced.

History: (DC Comics Presents #30) - Mallo was charged with keeping order in the multiverse. He noticed that all Earth-1 and Earth-2 heroes had similar powers except for Earth-1’s Atom Al Pratt and Earth-2’s Atom Ray Palmer. Pratt had atomic punches, while Palmer could shrink to microscopic size, and the imbalance threatened the order of the multiverse. He temporarily switched their powers while they were solving cases on their respective Earths, averting a parallel Earth crisis.
