Powers: Matrix-Prime was an enormous robot that possessed superhuman strength and flight. Matrix-prime had only limited intellect. It served as a robot factory that could produce drones in moments. These drones included armored robots with ray-guns, missiles equipped with sensors to detect an opponents weakness, explosive rockets, and robots that could reflect energy-based attacks.

History: The Council created matrix-Prime to steal for their organization. Supergirl battled Matrix-Prime, who led her back to the Council's headquarters and forced their retreat. Brains of the Gang later fused her consiousness with Matrix-Prime.

(JLA #28) - Triumph tried to sell the Gang memorabilia he stole from the JLA trophy room, but they told him they wanted weapons, not junk. Brains/ Matrix-Prime  taunted him about his fall from grace as a hero, and told Kong and Bulldozer to kill him. She was still bitter about being trapped in the body of Matrix-Prime, and blamed all superheroes for her condition. Triumph freed the genie Lkz from a pen he found in the trophy room, and it incinerated the Gang.
